For more than three decades, the YMCA has hosted Healthy Kids Day to celebrate kids of all ages , and teach them healthy habits they can build on for life with their families. The event has always been about encouraging active play and inspiring a lifetime love of physical activity. 

The special days, are put on to celebrate mental and physical health. There are more than 1,400 'Y' locations across all 50 states. For more information on Healthy Kids Day, and to find the YMCA  nearest you, go online to YMCA.Org/HKD.

Healthy Kids Day® is the Y's national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. For over 30 years, YMCAs and their communities hosted free community events aimed to inspire kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months and beyond.

This year's Healthy Kids Day is sponsored nationally by Peanuts as part of a new multi-year partnership with YMCA of the USA to increase summer camp access, innovative conservation programs, and camp leadership development for children across the U.S. and internationally. Peanuts Worldwide will also be the national sponsor for Healthy Kids Day in 2025
