CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A shooting investigation shut down Park Road on Friday night, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police.
It happened just before 11 p.m. near Cortland Road.
Police said one person was found with a gunshot wound and taken to the hospital.
There was no immediate word on a suspect description or arrest.
Drivers were asked to find alternate routes.
