No injuries reported after massive fire in downtown Albemarle

According to Shawn Oke, former Fire Chief of Albemarle, the fire quickly spread to at least two buildings in the area.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — No injuries reported when a large fire broke out in downtown Albemarle early Sunday morning. 

According to Shawn Oke, former Fire Chief of Albemarle, the fire quickly spread to at least two buildings in the area, which were law offices. According to officials, the buildings are two of the oldest in the city.  

Oakes said there were no reported injuries.
