CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A serious accident on Moores Chapel Loop near Moores Chapel Road in xx Charlotte sent one person to the hospital early Thursday morning.
Authorities say a vehicle crashed into an electric pole and flipped onto its side just before 7 a.m.
Medic confirms they transported one patient from the scene of the crash to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Authorities have not said what caused the crash or released the name of the patient taken to the hospital.
Power crews were on the scene to fix the broken power pole and restore electricity in the immediate area.
